jelievo Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jelievo website located at jelievo.bet (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the jelievo Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jelievo ("we," "us," or "the Company"). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to and use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all jelievo products and services, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot machine games, progressive jackpot games, bingo rooms, Super Keno draws, sports betting markets, promotional bonuses, the VIP loyalty program, and all cashier functions including deposits and withdrawals.

Access to and use of the jelievo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age is set in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on jelievo.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active jelievo account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jelievo account at any time.
• Personal account: You must register and play using your own identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your jelievo account, is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the jelievo Platform or under any applicable responsible gaming program.

jelievo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of jelievo, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates to your account profile is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

3.2 KYC Verification

jelievo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required at any time — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds — to provide the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name and mobile number)
• Additional documentation as may be required by applicable laws or our compliance team

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. jelievo is not liable for any delays in withdrawals resulting from a player's failure to complete KYC procedures in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelievo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jelievo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jelievo will never request your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately. jelievo is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jelievo account at any time by contacting customer support. jelievo reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would constitute a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

4.1 Deposits

jelievo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your jelievo account.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. jelievo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

jelievo is not responsible for any delays or failures in deposit processing that arise from issues with your bank, e-wallet provider, or internet connection. If a deposit does not reflect in your jelievo balance within the expected processing time, contact customer support with proof of the transaction for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method registered in your name and, where practical, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

jelievo reserves the right to apply standard processing timelines to all withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review by the jelievo compliance team in cases where anti-money laundering checks are required or where unusual activity has been detected on the account.

jelievo does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jelievo accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the jelievo Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.

jelievo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus or promotion, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed the required KYC verification steps.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible games, and validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from your jelievo account.
• jelievo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honoured at the time of cancellation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (except where wagering requirements have been met), or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.2 VIP Programme

jelievo operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme for eligible players. VIP status, tier progression, rewards, and benefits are governed by the separate VIP Programme terms published on the Platform. jelievo reserves the right to amend or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time, subject to reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.

All games available on the jelievo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These general gameplay terms apply across all products:

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on jelievo use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been reviewed by independent technical auditors. The outcome of all RNG-based games is entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including jelievo staff.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers operating under monitored conditions. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a live dealer game, the recorded footage constitutes the definitive record of the game outcome.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on jelievo are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details — including stake amount, game selection, and bet type — before confirming any wager. jelievo is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jelievo reserves the right to void any bet that exceeds the stated maximum limit or that was placed in error due to a technical fault.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of any game, jelievo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. jelievo is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on jelievo — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and international football — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. jelievo reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, data errors, or event cancellations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelievo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to jelievo immediately
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jelievo Platform
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the Platform
• Abusing bonus offers through multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jelievo staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

jelievo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain control over their time and spending on the Platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jelievo account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified time threshold has been reached during a gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension to their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the jelievo Platform may request self-exclusion via the customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the jelievo Platform — including but not limited to the jelievo brand name, logo, game content, graphics, software, website design, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jelievo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jelievo Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from jelievo
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Use jelievo trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by jelievo

Any unauthorised use of jelievo intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jelievo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jelievo Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical malfunction, server failure, or communication errors
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate
• Losses caused by delays in deposit or withdrawal processing that arise from third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank
• Any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the Platform

The jelievo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

jelievo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jelievo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jelievo handles all personal data of Filipino players in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. jelievo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the jelievo Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure through the customer support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and jelievo, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The jelievo support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

13.2 Formal Dispute Process

If your concern cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to jelievo via email. jelievo will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and will aim to provide a full response within 20 business days. Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, transaction record, or account action, jelievo will review the relevant records as part of its investigation.

13.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
